The three wishes of Phaya Chüang before ruling Ngoen Nyang kingdom were: may he become a great king; may he have Nang Ngom as his wife; and may he turn back to take care of his parents. Later, after he had become a king, his wishes came true.

Folio 26 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat hundred and 54 (should be CS 1154), a tao cai year, on the first day of the waning moon of the eighth [lunar] month, the fourth day of the week (Wednesday), a ka pao day, [the writing was finished]. Phò Kòng together with his wife and children had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Mahanithan Phayachüang to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccaya hotu (May this be a condition to reach Nirvana).
