A wealthy family in Pataliputta had two daughters and one son: Sisom, Somma and Jayasangaha. When they grew up, the two sisters got married with the sons of rich families. Jayasangaha finished studying traditional medicine but his girlfriend became ill. He had cured her until she recovered. Later, they got married and had a son and a daughter named Sihanama and Lika.
