The first fascicle of the words of Patimokkha. The text was written in Pali and Lao in accordance with the Nissaya in which the text was written in Pali and verbatim translated into Lao. The text starts with the beginning of the Patimok and runs until the end of Pārājika: Rules entailing expulsion from the Sangha (defeat).

Folio 12 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat (CS) 1225, a tao set year, on the eleventh day of the waxing moon of the seventh [lunar] month, the sixth day of the week, a hwai si day, at the time of the morning drum (7:30–9:00), the writing of this manuscript was finished. Mae Thao (grand-mother) Thum was the principal initiator who had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Sutmon to support the Teachings of the Buddha.
