While residing at the Jetavana Monastery in Savatthi, the Buddha talked about discourses on Devaduta Sutta (the divine messengers) to his disciples: a good man who had the divine eyes could see the birth and the death of all creatures. The man realized that the cycle of rebirths of the creatures depends on their previous karma. Those who had good deeds with good actions, good words and good thoughts and did not blame noble individuals, they would have right understanding and believe in the power of right understanding. When they die, they would be reborn in the heavens.
