Folio 13 on the recto side: In Culasakkarat (CS) 1294, a tao san year, on the eighth day of the waning moon of the seventh [lunar] month, a tao chai day, the fifth day of the week (Thursday), in the afternoon (12:00–13:30), the writing of this manuscript was finished. Xiang Suk and his wife, Sao Phui, together collected holy golden palm leaves floating down from the air. We hired an experienced teacher to write this manuscript. Both of us had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of these four manuscript fascicles entitled Chunthasukarikasut to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5 thousand years. May we achieve the Magga 4 (The Four Noble Paths) and Phala 4 (The Four Fruitions). May we all enter the crystal city or Nirvana. May all our wishes and desires be fulfilled. May all diseases and dangers be vanished. Nibbāna paccaya hotu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana, constantly and certainly).
