Conditions for human beings in the world including jāti pidukkha (birth is suffering); sarā pidukkha (aging is suffering); bhayādi pidukkha (sickness is suffering); and maranaṃ pidukkhaṃ (death is suffering).

Colophon:

Folio 25 on the recto side: In BE 2488, a hap hao year, on the first day of the waxing moon of the ninth [lunar] month, a Thursday, at the time of the sunset drum (13:30–15:00), the writing of this manuscript was finished. Somdet Rasakhu Chao Phothipanya from Vat Phonsai had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Manasikaro to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccaya hotu no (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana). May the benefits derived from this merit support my father named Ai Yoi. If he has been stuck in a place of suffering, please have him moved to a good place. Nibbāna paccaya hotu no (May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana).
